Speed Cold Room’s initial target was to create on providing customers with top quality services and competitive pricing. Today, with more than 30 years later, we still maintain the same target with bigger expansion in Malaysia and parts of Indonesia and Vietnam with expertise in commercial refrigerator, cold room, blast freezer, flake ice maker, plate ice maker as well. Blast Freezer
Blast Chiller or also known as Blast Freezer is an efficient freezing machine capable of freezing a large amount of products in a short time. It handles and stores a wide variety of frozen and refrigerated products include meat, poultry and seafood. It is suitable to store small to medium sized frozen food too. Blast chilling is a method of cooling food quickly to a low temperature so that it is safe from bacterial growth. By reducing the temperature of cooked food to freezing point or below, food is made safe for storage and later consumption. Because blast chilling helps ensure the safety and quality of food, it is a method frequently used by chefs, restaurants, caterers, fast food producers, bakeries, confectioners and ice cream makers.
